PPG3.0 is Phil Harding's new music production and song-writing team started in 2025, with Philla and Graham Marshall.

Their first release, PPG3.0 featuring ROZALLA ‘Can You Hear Me?’ was a Heritage Chart No.1 during the summer of 2025 and Top 20 in the Commercial Pop Club Chart. The release package includes a Phil Harding Retro Mix. The CD is available from Energise Recordings here and on Bandcamp (CD and downloads) here. Streaming is available on the usual platforms.

ROZALLA rose to fame with her 90s anthemic smash hits – 'Everybody's Free (To Feel Good)', 'Faith (In The Power Of Love)' and 'Are You Ready To Fly' – tracks that remains a staple on global dance floors today. With a career spanning decades, she continues to be celebrated as a powerhouse vocalist.
